This report summarises the work that has been undertaken and achieved following on from project T852 The application of leading and lagging indicators in the rail industry. Its purpose was to help embed Manage Safety Performance (MSP) indicators within the industry by gathering more experience of its practical application and developing supporting materials for the industry’s use.
