Piloting a geo-referenced safety risk model for the rail network in Great Britain (T972)

The aim of the research was to demonstrate the concept of a Geo-referenced Safety Risk Model (GeoSRM) by developing and trialling a pilot. The research also aimed to capture data requirements to enable the future development of localised risk models.
