Safer surfaces to walk on: an updated guide (T829)

This research has updated existing guidance (previously published under T157b) on how to reduce slips and other hazards relating to flooring materials at stations, including understanding physical and behavioural causes of slips, trips and falls as well as an assessment of mitigation measures.
