Feasibility study for optimisation of possession authorisation requirements through the use of lean systems design and communication technologies (COF-ATR-02)

The study evaluates communication arrangements for the authorisation and control of possessions for engineering works and opportunities to use a lean systems design approach, combined with human factors evaluation, and the introduction of new communication technology.
