Whole-life Cost Assessment of Novel Material Railway Drainage Systems (COF-NMC-01)

This project uses various investigative techniques to explore new materials' performance for drainage of track. The materials must be cost-effective over their lifespan so lightness (for ease of installation), durability and strength (to maintain permeability under loading),are required.
