Inclusion of emergency special working requirements in the Rule Book (IMP-ESW)

IMP-ESW examined all supporting evidence in respect of trials of Emergency Special Working (ESW) under existing deviations; the project also delivered an updated and adapted risk assessment of special working based on RSSB project T758 'Research into service recovery from extensive signalling failures'.
