In Period 4, RSI launched the 2022/23 Annual Health and Safety Report at the Operations Risk and Safety Conference. Two new changes to SMIS have gone live to improve and simplify the way industry reports platform edge and depot events. The Platform Train Interface Risk Assessment Tool (PSI RAT) has been updated with new functionality and a better user experience.
