SPAD Risk Ranking Tool

A signal passed at danger - or a SPAD - occurs when a train goes past a red signal without authority. The SPAD Risk Ranking Tool gives a measure of the level of risk associated with each SPAD that occurs, so industry performance can be measured as a percentage change year on year. Additionally, it can be used to inform the SPAD investigation process.
