The sector's Freight Safe Programme a jointly funded and supportive initiative by the Freight Operating Companies and Network Rail, endorsed by the ORR and supported by RSSB, has a priority project - The Wagon Condition Programme (WCP) created to consider the sector’s response to wagon condition related incidents.
