Vanessa GatwardVanessa is a sustainability expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the built environment, spanning rail, road, and construction. She has collaborated with organisations at all levels, including C-suite executives, to educate, inspire, and drive sustainability initiatives, helping businesses achieve their organisation-wide sustainability goals.

Samantha WalshamSamantha is an experienced organisational psychologist and an expert in behavioural change. She has held leadership roles in people and organisational development, including as Director of People and Culture. Samantha helps clients to define and embed organisational strategy, from sustainability to operating model.

Laura BacheLaura is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in consulting and HR across internal and external roles. She has contributed to large-scale infrastructure projects and led behaviour and strategy change in senior leadership positions.
