CECESM Part E.13.2

This CESM Part covers the safe systems of work necessary for clearance of lineside vegetation by means of cutting and prohibits the use of a circular saw attachment on a tractor or other moving vehicle. It also prohibits the rotation of the flail during any machine movements other than when cutting is taking place. The CESM Part does not cover the method used to fell trees.
