Code of Practice for Defect Reporting for OTP, Plant and Equipment
Synopsis
This Code of Practice details the systems to have in place so that all safety related defects are reported and that other reported defects are checked in accordance with RIS-8250-RST.
Summary Of Changes
Comprehension revision of the document. Change to all companies registering on NIR and managing their own defects and rail notices. Adoption of the term Infrastructure manager.
