This Code of Practice details the use and some aspects of the design and maintenance of rail mounted manually propelled equipment (trolleys and similar equipment) to prevent run-aways. It concerns all rail mounted manually propelled equipment and includes tools and equipment with more than two rail wheels.

Periodic review and restructuring of the document. Minimum of two people required for pushing. Maintenance now a separate section. Rule book references changed to Infrastructure Manager rules. Appendix B has been deleted.
