This document sets out the general principles to be observed in connection with the issue and cancellation of Certificates for Nominated Person's and Authorised Person's associated with work on fixed high voltage Electric Traction and Plant and Machinery equipment. (Voltage levels as determined by the Electricity Supply Regulations 1988 1000V a.c/1500V d.c above).
