Synopsis
This form is used by an Electrical Control Operator (ECO) to record details of an isolation of the AC overhead lines. An example of this form is found in Rule Book module AC2.

At TOM SC on 3 September 2024, the committee approved withdrawal of four forms (RT3112, 3113, 3114, and 3116). These forms are maintained by Network Rail’s technical authority and now incorporated into NR internal standards NR/L3/ELP/29987.
