Form RT3119-C Iss 1

Infrastructure managers and railway undertakings shall use the GORT3119 designated Provisional SPAD Data Collection forms when investigating signals passed at danger incidents. The RT3119 A or C forms are for infrastructure managers, and the RT3119 B or D forms are for railway undertakings.
