Form RT3182 12-03

This form is used by a signaller to record the instructions to a route setting agent when power operated points are to be operated manually. An example of this form is found in Rule Book module T5. Form RT3182, Signaller's point setting form, has been withdrawn following the amendment AM3/18, published in Module AM issue 3.
