Form RT3199 Iss 12-20
Work-site Certificate
Synopsis
This form is used by the Engineering Supervisor to record arrangements for setting up work sites within a possession of a running line.
Summary Of Changes
The December 2020 Rule Book changes allow a work site to be given up with an engineering train or on-track machine standing at the signal or block marker where the possession is to be given up around the train. The rules require the Engineering Supervisor (ES) to tell the Person in Charge of the Possession (PICOP) about the train when giving up the work site and the ES to record this on Form RT3199. The format of Form RT3199 has been amended to allow the ES to do this.
