This document defines ownership of all structures, frequency of examination for all types of structures, minimum qualifications for the person involved in the process of each stage of the examination and the standard recording formats for all Businesses to comply with in order to afford an auditable system. The level of safety and performance is thus maintained and the need for corrective maintenance identified, being complementary to the obligation for compliance with statutory regulations.
