This document gives guidance on the issues that exist between the requirements set out in the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI) for the European high-speed rail system and where determined the proposed resolution. It also identifies the specific cases incorporated in the TSIs. This document was developed to lay down a process for dealing with conflicts between RGS and TSIs. It is felt that the railway industry is now sufficiently familiar with the process to warrant the withdrawal of this document.
