Summary Of Changes
Maximum speed in possessions reduced from 40 to 25 mph. RIS-1710-PLT Iss 1 - Rail Industry Standard for Engineering Certification of Railborne Plant was published in December 2015 and this included the creation and accreditation of Plant Assessment Bodies (PABs). PABs now issue an Engineering Conformance Certificate (ECC). Amendment 8000-HB15 Iss 4 AM001 has now been incorporated into HB15, to include reference to the ECC issued by PABs.
