GERT8001 Iss 8

Specified Operations Publications set out mandatory requirements for direct application in the workplace and will be subject to frequent change. This Railway Group Standard GERT8001 - Changes to Specified Operations Publications will be published up to six times in each year and will be used to inform Duty Holders of Railway Safety Cases who produce a Periodical Operating Notice (PON) of any amendments made to these documents. These amendments will continue to be published in GERT8001 until such time as the individual specified operations publication is reissued or the amendment is issued as part of the amendments module (GERT8000-AM). Issue 6 of GERT8001 includes amendments to GERT8000-T2 issue 1 and GERT8000-12 issue 2, references relating to the correction of an example of RT3181 form which was published in issue 6 of GERT8001. There are also amendments to GERT8000-TW1 issue 5, sections 8.1, 8.2, Hauling dead locomotives and 15.1, Abnormal brake application.
