This document sets out the process for Railway Group members to follow when an issue is found between complying with the requirements mandated by the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSIs) on high speed lines and those mandated in Railway Group Standards. Withdrawn. This document was developed to lay down a process for dealing with conflicts between RGS and TSIs. It is felt that the railway industry is now sufficiently familiar with the process to warrant the withdrawal of this document.
