Railtrack Work on Telecommunications Systems Carrying Control System Circuits Synopsis. This Standard sets out the policy for the management of work carried out on Telecomms systems which carry control system circuits with the aim of preventing any interference with those circuits which could lead to a Wrong Side Failure of the Signalling System.
