GKRT0403 Iss 1

This document sets out the actions required to ensure that PCA1 flasher units, manufactured by Westinghouse, are inspected and changed where it is found that the unit has not been modified. GKRT0403 Issue 1 August 1997 has been transferred to Network Rail document number RTSIN065 with effect from 6 February 1999.
