This document mandates requirements for control of return and stray currents and the management of earthing for low voltage power supplies in electrified areas.
Summary Of Changes
Following the five-year review of GLRT1255 Iss 1, it was established that the requirements of this RGS are no longer in scope of the Railway Group Standards Code. Industry considered the technical content useful and it has therefore been retained in RIS-1855-ENE Iss 1.
