Approval of Changes to Axle Bearing Lubricants
Synopsis
This document gives guidance on applying the requirements of RIS-2700-RST when making changes to axle bearing greases that have been approved and operating in service prior to the application of BS EN 12080:2017, BS EN 12081:2017 and BS EN 12082:2017.
Summary Of Changes
RST SC, at its meeting in September 2025, approved the 60m review recommendation that a point release be issued.
