This document defines the minimum design requirements and the acceptance process for Portable/Transportable Infrastructure Plant and Equipment for use on Network Rail controlled infrastructure in the area defined as on or near the line. It only addresses risks associated the particular risks associated with the use of such Equipment on the railway.
