This document supports Group Standard GMTT0091 Iss 1, and advises on the precautions and actions that should be taken to safeguard the quality of potable water supplied for human consumption, and for on-train catering activities, from its extraction from a mains distribution system to any delivery outlet on a railway vehicle.
