Synopsis
Operators and maintainers of traction and rolling stock (T&RS) must have in place systems for monitoring T&RS safety performance and reporting, recording, actioning and analysing defect that may affect safety and interworking. The information gained must be made available to other operators and maintainers to benefit the safety of the national railway network.
