GORT3260 and GORC3560 are out of scope of Railway Group standards as they contain measures applicable individual duty holders, and no interfaces are involved. This is in accordance with the Strategy for Standards Management. This Code of Practice defines the recommended components of a competence assessment system, to assist compliance with GORT3260, Competence Management for Safety Critical Work.
