Small Scale Change: This document details the requirements for the safe use of plant (as defined in this document) on, or that could affect, Network Rail controlled infrastructure, used for all infrastructure related activities, including (but not limited to) maintaining, inspecting, measuring, renewing, and installing infrastructure and its components. This document is particularly relevant to situations where plant has the potential to infringe running line clearances or where plant is used adjacent to an open running line.
