This document replaces GMRT1310 and incorporates both mandatory requirements (when invoked by company process or procedures or contract) and supporting guidance. The scope of the contents is wider than that of Railway Group Standards. The document gives the necessary information for the acceptance of portable and transportable plant for infrastructure work on Network Rail managed infrastructure, and the railway specific engineering requirements for certain types of portable and transportable plant.
