This document sets out requirements for the functionality, testing and management of failures of TCAs on rail vehicles.

New document incorporating requirements from GMRT2477 Iss 2 that do not meet the requirements for an NTR, and output from research projects T579, T1004 and T1005. Inclusion of relevant guidance from GMGN2576.
