This document sets out requirements and guidance for the design of rail vehicle structures.
A related document (SD001 issue two) contains all the coupling information previously found on the RSSB website.
Summary Of Changes
RIS-2780-RST issue one sets out requirements and guidance for the design of rail vehicle structures. These requirements do not fall into the category of NTRs, but are considered useful to the GB rail industry. RIS-2780-RST also addresses points in BS EN 13749 and BS EN 16286 that are permitted to be specified in the technical specification.
