This document sets out the arrangements for the production of information relating to engineering work, alterations to track and signalling arrangements, local operating instructions and localised amendments to National Operations Publications.

RIS-3215-TOM reproduces GORT3215 in its entirety, unchanged in Annex A. This RIS can be adopted by IMs and RUs to help discharge their legal responsibilities to provide staff with information when operating rules are modified.
