This document is a standard on the basic requirements of a confidential reporting system for rail staff

Changes remove an obsolete expanded title of CIRAS and update it to the version that is currently in use. There is no material change to any of the requirements in this document, and therefore no impact on users. At the 12 month review of this document in September 2020 it was agreed that it was still fit for purpose and no further action required.
