Amendments to RIS-3703-TOM incorporate changes made to GERT8000 Rule Book Module SS1, changes in scope, additional requirements and editorial changes to existing requirements, additional guidance, expanded reference section to include recent research and other documentation to support duty holders, and an amended definition section.
