Synopsis
This document sets out requirements for the design and maintenance of station platforms for their safe interface with trains, track and buffer stops.
Summary Of Changes
Clarification to clause 3.1.1.3. This clarification addresses interpretation issues over the application of the revised requirements in GIRT7020 and RIS-7016-INS and clarifies the change of 'Normal' clearance in GIRT7073 from 50mm to 40mm for platforms.
