This Good Practice Guide (GPG) on managing drivers on routes undergoing sifnificant change represents a collation of RSSB research and good practice relating to briefing and change management. It is designed to be of help to those working in the area of operational management, briefing or project management. The aim of the guide is to 'pick and choose' the ideas that are most helpful, dependent on your requirements.

Produced as a result of a research project which looked at opportunities to help manage and support drivers on routes undergoing significant change.
