Form RT3192 Iss 12-25

This form is used by the signaller to record the arrangements for implementing single line working.

This form has been updated in line with project work reducing the use of detonators which has also removed the use of the handsignaller from the end of the single line working section. Wording on the form has been amended to reflect the changes and now reads ‘end of degraded working sign and signaller’s agent’. This form has also had a checklist added to allow the signaller to tick which specific method of single line working is in place as this was previously missing.
