This form should be used by the driver when single line working applies.

The form has been reissued to correct a typographical error on the second page whereby the line beginning ‘Other handsignallers appointed at’ ends with the letters AHBC but this acronym should be on the start of the next line which now reads ‘AHBC level crossing locally operated at’.
