Your RSSB membership gives you access to a range of services and resources to help you in your role. We want you to be able to make the most of them. So, here are answers to the most frequently asked questions about getting the most out of your membership.

How do I know if I’m a member?If your employer is a member, it means you are too. To be sure about your employer’s membership, check with your organisation or on our website.

How soon can I start using my membership?If you haven’t got an RSSB account, you can set one up to start using your membership. Register on our website with your work email address. You’ll get an email asking you to verify your account. You’ll be able to log into our website and start using your membership following verification.

Can I register onto the RSSB website with my personal email address?You can use your personal email address to create an account on the RSSB website. But this will not give you full access to all our resources. To access our membership tools and solutions, you’ll need to register with a work email address.

Are all of RSSB’s services and resources included in my membership?Most of our services and resources are part of your membership. Training, consultancy, and use of the Rail Social Value Tool aren’t. It’s usually clear on our website what’s part of your membership and what isn’t. But if you’re unsure, contact us via our customer portal.

How can I let others know about your resources?We’re keen for your entire organisation to make the most of what we’ve developed. Your colleagues can access our resources via our website, logging in with their work email address. They can also sign up to receive updates through our newsletters.
