Synopsis
This handbook is for those personnel who need to go on the operational railway to carry out their duties, with the exception of a train driver, guard, shunter, signaller, crossing keeper or designated person (DP).
Summary Of Changes
Section 2.4 has been revised to support the implementation of RIS-3783-TOM, ‘Issue and Management of Cab Passes’. The intent is to provide transport operators with the opportunity to access the benefits associated with standardisation, through the definition of a common approach to managing access to driving cab.
