Synopsis
You will need this module if you carry out the duties of a driver or signaller. You will also need this module if you are likely to be involved in, or reporting a serious accident.
Summary Of Changes
Section 2.3 has been amended to require the driver to seek advice before allowing a train to proceed after striking an obstruction which might have caused some damage. This aligns GERT8000-M3 rules with the Rail Accident Investigation Branch recommendations associated with an incident at Froxfield and is also consistent with the requirements in RIS-2273-RST.
