Passing a signal at danger or an end of authority (EoA) without a movement authority (MA)

Synopsis

You will need this module if you carry out the duties of a driver, guard, shunter, signaller. You will also need this module if you carry out the duties of a competent person for temporary block working.

Summary Of Changes

New section 5 covering rules for introduction, use and withdrawal of emergency special working. Sections 1.3, 3.1, 3.4, 4.1, 4.2b and 6.1 require consequential changes. Signaller's actions following a SPAD have changed at section 9.Section 1.1, situation 4 has been amended to make its intention clearer.
