Synopsis
This document contains mandatory requirements which are to be met during the design of wheelsets; Inspection and testing of railway wheelset at all stages of manufacture; use, repair and overhaul of railway wheelsets. It also mandates the requirements for a wheelset policy to ensure continued safe use of railway wheelets.
