Provision of Information and Signs for Access on the Railway
Synopsis
This document sets out requirements for provision of information about access to and alongside the railway. It specifies where operational safety signs for personnel on or near the lineside are required.
Summary Of Changes
GORT3413 was reviewed in accordance with the final report of the European Commission's Task Force on National Safety Rules (NSRs). The review concluded it duplicated European legislation, and could not be retained as a NSR nor as a RGS. Its requirements remain valid and have been incorporated in RIS-3413-TOM Iss 1.
