Provision of Information and Signs for Access on the Railway
Synopsis
This document sets out requirements for provision of information about access to and alongside the railway. It specifies where operational safety signs for personnel on or near the lineside are required.
Summary Of Changes
RIS-3413-TOM reproduces GORT3413 in its entirety, unchanged in Annex A. This RIS provides a basis for co-operation between the IMs and RUs to discharge their responsibilities to provide safety information in the form of a warning sign, to anyone who has legitimate reason to be on or near the lineside.
