RIS-3708-TOM Iss 1

This document details the requirements for identifying the need for, introduction and subsequent removal of, restrictions to normal operations to mitigate the effects of the non-operation of track circuits during the leaf fall contamination period.

The key changes made to the requirements transferred to RIS-3708-TOM Iss 1 are that four requirements have been withdrawn and seven requirements have been amended. This is to provide clarification in meaning, better align with Network Rail's internal standards and to encompass ERTMS fitted railways. Superseded by RIS-3708-TOM Iss 2 with effect from 02/09/2017
